April 11th Depression ?

I am feeling incredibly sad and hopeless today. I don’t have any words and I want to disappear.

Any advice for me ?

I don’t think I have depression

I am very sad that’s all.

I get my kids soon and I know that will get me out of myself … until I give them back

But at least it’s a reprieve, right?
